By accessing or using Atorly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Atorly provides an AI-powered assistant for events. Event organizers can upload event information, generate QR codes and shareable links, allowing attendees to ask questions and receive answers based solely on the provided event content.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atorly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Paddle or LemonSqueezy).

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on the content you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all responses will be error-free or appropriate for all situations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content provided to the AI.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atorly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
