Customizing the template for your event type

The 11 categories above cover the logistics almost every event shares. A few adjustments make the template feel built for your specific event rather than generic:

Rename sections to match your event's language — e.g. "Ceremony & Reception" instead of "Schedule" for a wedding.
Delete categories that don't apply — a single-day local meetup usually doesn't need Accommodation.
Add a category specific to your event if needed — e.g. "Exhibitor Information" for a trade show, or "Volunteering" for a charity event.
Fill in every bracket before publishing — a leftover placeholder in a live FAQ looks unfinished and undermines the rest of the page.
Link each answer to the actual page it references (ticketing, schedule, code of conduct) instead of repeating long details inline.
Reorder categories by what your attendees ask about first — tickets and location usually belong near the top.
